An exciting opportunity has arisen in Wirral's Family Help service for an Operations Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.
Our Operations Managers in Family Help, lead multi-disciplinary teams (MDT) which comprise of Domestic Abuse, Targeted Family Support, Early Childhood Service and Youth and Play services. Family Help MDTs operate over 4 geographic localities using Family Hubs as delivery and access points.
This role’s thematic lead is for Early Childhood Service, and the successful candidate will lead the drive to give every child the best start in life, managing a service that comprises of school readiness workers, family workers, and leaders who are providing a variety of support and interventions to Wirral’s youngest residents.
With the Head of Service, you would support the development of Family Help to ensure that the service is at the heart of Children's Services.
