Service Support Assistant

About the Role:

As a Service Support Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience. You'll join a team of 10 delivering efficient and effective customer services to thousands of customers who use our Highways and Road Networks daily, to ensure they have safe, reliable journeys.

About the Candidate:

You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling a wide range of queries and dealing with official land searches. Whether it's an email, phone call or a letter, you'll be providing the help or information our customers need in a timely and effective way. You'll also learn how to deal with and respond appropriately to customer queries and complaints and provide accurate, real-time information on issues to our residents, partner organisations and colleagues.

Based at Mallory Buildings, Birkenhead, you'll be helping us respond to approximately over a 1000 enquires per month both from Wirral residents and Councillors.
